Returns Policy

We are 100% comitted to your satisfaction, and we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items must be unsused.

Please contact us first before returning your purchase so we can be expecting your package. We will process your return within 3 days of recieving your return. Please allow time for the package to be delivered to us, us to process the return, and the time it may take from that point for the money to be returned to your original method of payment. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Or, email us directly at, let us know your name and/or order number and how you would like to handle the return/exchange and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
