Beautiful, unique and sturdy, these vintage style Brass Lamp Socket with a rotary Turn Knob Switch are absolutely the best quality around, they're cast brass and have a screw on base instead of the plated brass and snap-on base like cheap run-of-the-mill sockets. Available in 6 finishes, they have a standard on/off rotary turn knob and are super simple to work with: simply screw off the base to access the 2 wire connections inside. Perfect for restoring old lamps and lights or for all of your homemade lighting fixtures.

This socket was quite high quality. Even the thumb screw (typically plastic) was brass and larger (so easier to turn) than expected.
